Sometimes... as a buyer, we have an idea in our head that will work. And it's a terrible idea, we just don't know that yet because we aren't experienced in things like, say, photoshop haha. Spackle did an amazing job trying to give me what I asked for, even though it was a bad idea. Even offered to give me a full refund because they weren't satisfied with the result either.
